Special Offer Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is valid for contracts signed on or before 31 July 2025.

2. Contract start date must fall within FY2026 (end 30 June 2026).

3. A minimum contract term of 36 months is required.

4. Offer is available only for subscription agreements that include at least 50 resident room screens and 1 common area screen.

5. Lifetime software updates are included and apply to standard feature enhancements and security patches. “Lifetime” refers to the duration of the active subscription.

6. Lifetime device warranty applies only to manufacturer faults of the Connective TV device and excludes damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, or external factors. “Lifetime” is defined as the active contract period, up to a maximum of 3 years.

7. Offer is available to new business customers located in Australia and New Zealand only.

8. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.

9. Early termination of the contract may result in loss of offer benefits and/or cancellation fees.

10. This offer is subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice, except where already contractually agreed.

11. Installation excludes any remedial work and Other Direct Costs (ODCs), including travel to and from customer facilities, which will be agreed upon and billed separately.

12. The contract is subject to Swift Networks standard terms and conditions, in addition to any special terms applicable to this offer.
