Lifetime software updates are included and apply to standard feature enhancements and security patches. “Lifetime” refers to the duration of the active subscription.

Lifetime device warranty applies only to manufacturer faults of the Connective TV device and excludes damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, or external factors. “Lifetime” is defined as the active contract period, up to a maximum of 3 years.

Early termination of the contract may result in loss of offer benefits and/or cancellation fees.

Installation excludes any remedial work and Other Direct Costs (ODCs), including travel to and from customer facilities, which will be agreed upon and billed separately.
