The Swift Movies and TV shows play on a scheduled loop on the channels 901 and upwards. Channels include New releases, genres such as Action, Drama, Comedy, and more. A program guide on channel 900 will tell you what’s coming up on each channel.

Swift Broadcast

Swift Broadcast allows you to access a range of content provided by Swift: Movies, TV shows, etc. as well as content created or uploaded by your employer or management company: food menus, flight schedules, activities and events, etc. Swift Broadcast can also gives you access to unique features like Swift’s Live Streaming.

What content you have access to will vary according to the subscription package agreed with your employer, as well as the content they make available on the platform. We would highly recommend turning on the TV and taking a look around at everything available on your Swift Broadcast channel Plan.

Check your TV is turned on.

Check that the Free to Air channels are working, you may need to re-tune your TV.

If the free to air channels are working, but the Swift channels (ch 900+) is blank, contact Swift 24/7 help desk at +61 8 6188 8492

The Swift Care App

You can download the app on the Google Play store (link) or Apple Store (link)

After downloading the app, you will need to create an account. To create an account, you will be asked to provide your first and last name, email, and to create a password. You will then be instructed on how to verify your email. Once you’ve created your account you’ll need to pair your app with a facility or resident. Follow the onscreen steps to pair your app,.

Unfortunately, with Swift Broadcast you are unable to upload images using Swift Care. However you can see any images posted by the site to the Community gallery. 

You can receive message updates from your loved one’s facility and see any images the facility posts to the community. How often this updates will depend on the staff at the facility.

The Swift Care app does not currently support adding likes or comments.

Each family member will need to download and set up an account in the app. You can share the pairing code with them to assist with the process.

Live streaming with Swift

With Swift’s Live Streaming solution, you can tune into the live stream channel and see a feed from your common area or chapel. Some hardware and installation is required to enable Live Streaming, the feature is not standard at every facility.
